A young woman is going to meet her high school friends. They have great time with talking their ordinary lives. Suddenly, a gorgeous blond woman enters the pub. She is one of the members. She smiles brightly and gives her name card which is written, “Monique Park, the manager of GE.” All of them are shocked because no one has worked in such a big company. Due to her name card, she looks more gorgeous. The young woman starts to be depressed because the GE woman was never superior to her in high school hood, besides the young woman is just a free lancer in small PR Company. She imagines what if she would work in a big company.

First, a big company usually has higher salary than a small company. Although money is pre requisite of happy live, it is one of important factor to accomplish the better lives. Through money, the lives can be opulent; buying a convenient car, the latest technological electronics, and so on. Additionally, a big company provides their worker extra salary, called bonus. It will be also usable for their enriched lives.

Secondly, small companies are commonly outsourcing companies of large enterprises. An outsourcing company cooperates with a conglomerate so the workers of the outsourcing company have to follow what the conglomerate wants As they cannot work automically, they may feel that they are puppets of the big company. Consequently they have much more chance to get stressed out than those of a big company.

Last but not the least, belonging in a large company provides their worker with various relationships. A company is a contracted society. In general, a conglomerate divides into numerous department such as a department of marketing, PR, finance, and sales. Each department is consisted of members who share similar characteristics.  As the workers have to communicate with workers in the other departments, they can learn other field of business and how to manage diverse relationships.

Stop thinking, the young woman sighs. She regrets not to have tried to enter a large company. She would have been paid much more salary, would not have to work errands of the large companies, and would have gotten along with various kinds of people. Her life would have been enriched if she became a member of a large enterprise.
